Project Manager – Health Services - Remote

Overview

The Project Manager will be directly responsible for supporting federal, tribal, and or local government contracts/projects primarily in the healthcare sector.

In Short

• Provide direct support to the Program Director and executive leadership team.
• Manage the contract/project lifecycle from inception to completion.
• Coordinate and control day-to-day project operations and performance.
• Communicate with external sources including medical staffing firms and clients.
• Manage, approve and reconcile timecards and invoices.
• Work directly with candidates and clients to credential and onboard staff.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure project documentation is timely and accurate.
• Maintain a database regarding clients and potential clients.

Requirements

• Four-year degree or 8 years of relevant project management experience.
• Direct experience in federal contract operations in the healthcare sector.
• Track record of success in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
• Strategic thinking and attention to detail.
• Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with workflow platforms like SharePoint is a plus.
• Experience with CRM platforms like GovWin is preferred.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to prepare clear and concise reports.
