In Short

• Oversee Actionstep’s involvement in Certified Consulting Partner (CCP)-led implementations.
• Manage internal implementations and professional services projects directly.
• Ensure strong coordination between partners, customers, and internal teams.
• Track overall delivery performance across the partner portfolio.
• Act as the escalation and coordination point for delivery challenges.
• Participate in regular partner performance reviews.
• Facilitate onboarding and training for Certified Consulting Partners (CCPs).
• Create and maintain project documentation and templates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
• Deliver consistent communication on project status and issues.

Requirements

• Experience in project management, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of partner governance and delivery frameworks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to track performance and identify trends and risks.
• Experience in training and onboarding processes.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate with technical teams.
• Experience in creating project documentation and process guides.
• Ability to facilitate post-project reviews for continuous improvement.
• Willingness to undertake any other reasonable duties as required.
