In Short

• Post job advertisements across various online platforms.
• Design and create engaging online visuals for job campaigns.
• Screen candidate applications and resumes.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Conduct daily initial interviews via phone or video.
• Ensure timely communication with all candidates.
• Maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Collaborate with the Recruitment Manager and stakeholders.
• Assist in improving recruitment strategies and processes.

Requirements

• Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools.
• Proficiency in job advertising and candidate screening.
