Overview

As a Senior Account Manager at think-cell, you will manage Go-to-Market activities in Germany, focusing on user growth through sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Manage and expand a territory for new customer acquisition and nurturing existing accounts.
  • Own the entire sales process from prospecting to closing.
  • Conduct cold calls and reach out to existing customers.
  • Exercise independent thinking to achieve sales goals.
  • Run account forensics for a data-driven sales approach.
  • Execute strategic sales plays tailored to customer profiles.
  • Follow up on leads and maximize conversion rates.
  • Localize and run marketing campaigns with central team support.
  • Enable post-deal product adoption with training support.
  • Monitor customer health and prevent churn.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in a commercial role in SaaS/software or tech.
  • University Degree in business or computer science preferred.
  • Local work experience in Germany.
  • Experience with large customers' organizational structures.
  • Understanding of GTM tools like Salesforce and Outreach.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Willingness to understand think-cell’s product.
  • On-site work in Berlin, minimum of 3 days/week.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Fluent in English and German; additional European languages are a plus.
