As a Senior Account Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving customer success, retention, and growth by building trusted relationships with strategic accounts. This role goes beyond managing renewals—you will serve as a dedicated partner to clients, guiding them through optimization, adoption, and long-term alignment with the platform. Acting as both advisor and advocate, you will collaborate with internal teams to share feedback that shapes the product roadmap and improves onboarding. Success in this position requires a consultative mindset, strong revenue ownership, and the ability to turn challenges into opportunities that deliver measurable impact. In Short

  • Manage a portfolio of high-value customer accounts, ensuring timely renewals and identifying opportunities for expansion.
  • Proactively monitor account health, forecast revenue, and share risk and opportunity signals with finance and leadership teams.
  • Drive product adoption and engagement through regular check-ins, optimization reviews, and strategic business reviews.
  • Identify underused features and align them with customer goals to maximize value and retention.
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally, sharing feedback and growth blockers to influence product development and customer success strategies.
  • Consistently meet or exceed quota by securing renewals, driving account growth, and minimizing churn.
