In Short

  • Manage Mid-Market, Upper Mid-Market, and Strategic accounts at Bolt.
  • Develop and execute custom account plans and strategies to retain merchants.
  • Be a thought leader for customers, proactively raising solutions and concerns.
  • Partner with internal teams to manage the overall success of the merchant.
  • Influence internal and external cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Identify growth opportunities that drive Bolt revenue.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews and monitor merchant health.
  • Problem solve issues for your portfolio.
  • 5-7+ years of experience in sales or account management.
  • Passion for serving as a trusted advisor to customers.

Requirements

  • Experience in ecommerce, fintech, or payment technology sectors.
  • Ability to connect deeply with customers.
  • Commercially and growth-oriented mindset.
  • Avid learner with a drive to ask exceptional questions.
  • Love for technology and the commerce industry.
