Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support.
  • Familiarity with CRM and ticketing systems.
  • Proficiency in SQL and cloud computing platforms.
  • Experience with Linux and networking fundamentals.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills.
