Overview

We are seeking an organized, energetic, and results-driven Director of New Homes & Strategic Accounts to join our channel partner team. In this role, you will work to increase sales and strategic partnerships within PosiGen’s channel partner program. Our ideal candidate has a strong history of successful sales management, possesses innate leadership qualities, excels in maintaining client and industry relationships, and has a real passion for sharing the values of PosiGen.

In Short

  • Maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts, focusing on New Home partnerships.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate performance and deliver insights.
  • Develop a strategy to grow our Strategic Accounts & New Homes footprint.
  • Travel within your territory to meet clients one-on-one.
  • Attend industry trade shows to identify potential sales leads.
  • Follow industry trends to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Be accountable for the success of your assigned accounts.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support the needs of your assigned accounts.
  • Forecast sales and report trends to leadership.
  • Other duties as assigned by the leader.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, business, or related field preferred.
  • At least 4 years of experience in a business-to-business sales-related role.
  • 5+ years of experience in the Residential Solar Industry.
  • Experience supporting or selling solar financing options is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated commitment to financial inclusion and social justice.
