Overview

As the Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for growing poppi’s business across multiple Mass and Club accounts. This role requires leadership and sales expertise to drive toward poppi’s annual business objectives.

In Short

  • Provide total account management with a focus on customer acquisition, development, and retention.
  • Utilize relationships, category and brand data to secure meetings with buyers.
  • Inform the field sales team on important retail updates.
  • Direct and manage space management priorities with key accounts.
  • Utilize sales tools including syndicated data and shelf set software.
  • Maintain active communications with the field sales team and distributor network.
  • Contribute to the development of the annual account plan.
  • Manage trade spend budget and ensure accurate tracking.
  • Participate in retailer trade shows and events.
  • Provide sales updates to key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to drive impact on a sales team and growth.
  • Extensive beverage sales experience.
  • Experience managing key account customers and brokers.
  • Knowledge of retail initiatives including category management.
  • Ability to leverage data for decision making.
  • Commitment to professionalism and integrity.
  • Ability to operate independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong work ethic and adaptability.
  • Highly organized with prioritization skills.
  • Ability to interface with key stakeholders.
