FP&A Manager - Supply Chain and Operations - Remote

Overview

As a FP&A Manager of Supply Chain and Operations, you'll play a critical role in the overall financial performance of total product cost of ownership (COGS, Warehousing, Freight). Working closely with Operations and Finance leadership, you’ll support important decisions that accelerate growth and maximize value.

In Short

• Contribute to and oversee the development of cost of ownership budgets and forecasts, identifying opportunities for cost optimization.
• Support executive leadership by delivering actionable financial insights and strategic recommendations.
• Prepare freight and warehousing accruals as part of accounting close.
• Develop ongoing financial analysis to monitor spending and assess effectiveness.
• Demonstrate initiative and autonomy by taking full ownership of responsibilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of experience in accounting/finance with 3 years in FP&A capacity.
• Advanced technical proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, modeling and report building.
• Strong understanding of supply chain operations, cost accounting and capital accounting.
