Senior Graphic Designer - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Designer at poppi, you’ll play a critical role in defining and executing the brand’s visual identity for marketing campaigns and initiatives across every consumer touchpoint, with specific focus on digital and print.

In Short

• Design visually engaging, brand-consistent assets across all touchpoints including digital, social, apparel, OOH, e-comm, retail, and events
• Translate culture and emerging trends into bold creative that resonates with Gen-Z and millennial audiences
• Concept, mock-up, and execute high-impact designs with strong digital sensibilities
• Collaborate with brand and marketing teams to craft culturally relevant, disruptive moments
• Manage day-to-day creative production ensuring deadlines and quality are met
• Support photoshoots, campaign development, and multiple concurrent projects
• Provide feedback to freelancers and external partners

Requirements

• 5+ years of brand design experience at an agency or in-house
• Strong portfolio of work demonstrating successful brand campaigns
• Expertise in digital design, branding, and typography
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Asana
• Ability to manage time and projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Leadership potential and a drive to succeed
• Deep understanding of TikTok, IG, and design for organic social
• Experience with motion design is a plus
