FP&A Manager - Supply Chain and Operations - Remote

Overview

As a FP&A Manager of Supply Chain and Operations, you'll play a critical role in the overall financial performance of total product cost of ownership (COGS, Warehousing, Freight). Working closely with Operations and Finance leadership, you’ll support important decisions that accelerate growth and maximize value.

• Contribute to and oversee the development of cost of ownership budgets and forecasts.
• Support executive leadership with actionable financial insights.
• Prepare freight and warehousing accruals for accounting close.
• Develop ongoing financial analysis to monitor spending.
• Demonstrate initiative and build cross-functional relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in accounting/finance with 3 years in FP&A.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with NetSuite and BI dashboards preferred.
• Strong understanding of supply chain operations and cost accounting.
