Marketplace & Supply Chain Operations Manager - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a high-caliber Marketplace & Supply Chain Operations Manager to lead the end-to-end operational execution across multiple sales channels, including Amazon USA, Amazon Canada, Amazon EU / UK, Wayfair, Home Depot, and Shopify.

In Short

• Manage Amazon Seller/Vendor Central backend operations.
• Oversee 3PL relationships and container movements.
• Coordinate inbound shipments and cross-border logistics.
• Maintain proactive replenishment planning.
• Utilize WMS tools to streamline operations.
• Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Leverage Notion for operational systems and reporting.
• Troubleshoot shipment delays and customs issues.
• Support marketplace expansion efforts.

Requirements

• Experience in supply chain and inventory management.
• Expertise in 3PL and freight operations.
• Proficiency with WMS tools and inventory systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills for operational challenges.
• Ability to work independently and manage workflows.
• Familiarity with Notion or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
