Revenue Operations Manager - Remote

Overview

As a Revenue Operations Manager for PolyAI, you will be responsible for improving and enhancing our Salesforce instance, as well as leading the charge to bring our Customer data into Salesforce.

In Short

• Technical owner of Salesforce, being the go-to person for any administrative and technical needs
• Be the technical lead on projects and updates as we refresh our Salesforce instance ready for the next stage of our growth
• Own Customer Success data as we centralise our CS processes and data into Salesforce
• Help build out our reporting capabilities as it relates to the Customer Success team
• Support the work of the wider Revenue Operations team with integrated applications
• Support with holding our revenue org to best-practices and data quality
• Supporting Administration and wider Revenue Operations team as required

Requirements

• Experience with Salesforce administration
• Strong understanding of Revenue Operations processes
• Ability to manage and analyze customer data
• Experience with reporting and analytics tools
• Familiarity with automation and integration tools
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
