Overview

We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to supercharge our Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams. You’ll be the architect of efficiency, aligning teams, streamlining processes, and leveraging data to drive smarter decision-making.

In Short

  • Ensure Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success share common goals.
  • Own and maintain a centralised data repository, integrating CRM and analytics tools.
  • Design and refine lead management and campaign execution processes.
  • Oversee and enhance our RevOps tech stack.
  • Track and report marketing’s contribution to revenue.
  • Create repeatable playbooks for sales and marketing teams.
  • Provide insights into churn risks and upsell opportunities.
  • 5+ years in a Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or Marketing Ops role.
  • Deep understanding of B2B SaaS revenue models.
  • Strong data analytics skills.

  • 5+ years in a Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or Marketing Ops role.
  • Deep understanding of B2B SaaS revenue models and enterprise sales cycles.
  • Proven technical expertise with CRM and analytics tools.
  • Strong data analytics skills—comfortable with dashboards, SQL, or similar tools.
  • Ability to align cross-functional teams and build scalable RevOps processes.
  • Passion for process optimisation and data-led decisions.
  • Strategic thinker who can balance high-level planning with hands-on execution.
