Commercial Contracts Manager (4-Month Contract) - Remote

Overview

As a Commercial Contracts Manager at PolyAI, you will work closely with our sales team and General Counsel to drive forward our commercial contracting across the US, while being a key contact point for external Legal teams.

In Short

• Work directly with the General Counsel to develop systems, policies, and processes.
• Draft and negotiate commercial contracts, NDAs, and partnership agreements.
• Support contract management system and drive technology adoption.
• Oversee strategic business initiatives with senior leadership.

• Experience in tech or a growing start-up with a self-starter mindset.
• Legal background with 5+ years of experience in contracts management.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations positively.
• Passion for legal technology and process improvements.
• Impeccable time and priority management skills.
• Proven project management experience involving multiple departments.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical aptitude and experience with data analytics tools.
