Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience
• 4+ years in a senior leadership role
• Experience in B2C or D2C digital products
• Experience scaling products at high-growth companies
• Proven ability to communicate a product vision
• Experience managing high-performing teams
• Strong business acumen
• Comfortable leading through ambiguity
• Data-driven decision-maker
• High emotional intelligence with collaborative leadership
