We're a remote-first, Toronto-based startup with big ambitions. PolicyMe is seeking a motivated Licensed Life Insurance Advisor to join our team.

In Short

• Educate customers on insurance needs and guide them through products
• Manage inbound leads through policy applications
• Work with a high-volume pipeline of 300–350 leads monthly
• Use HubSpot to track conversations and applications
• Provide honest and consultative recommendations
• Maintain high-quality service across multiple communication channels
• Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience
• Participate in discussions to improve operations
• Be part of a rapidly growing startup with upward mobility
• Full-time position with a remote-first approach

Requirements

• Licensed Life and Accident & Sickness insurance agent with valid LLQP
• 1 - 4 years of experience in insurance or related industry
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to manage a high-volume pipeline
• Proven sales performance in a consultative environment
• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly
• Empathy and discretion in handling personal topics
• Strong desire to learn and improve
• Ownership over work and pipeline
