We're a remote-first, Toronto-based startup with big ambitions. PolicyMe is seeking a motivated Licensed Life Insurance Advisor to join our team.

In Short

• Educate customers on their insurance needs
• Manage inbound leads through policy applications
• Utilize HubSpot for tracking conversations
• Recommend coverage based on customer needs
• Maintain high-quality service across multiple channels

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Licensed Life and Accident & Sickness insurance agent
• 1 - 4 years of experience in insurance or related industry
• Experience managing a high-volume pipeline
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
• Ability to manage objections and explain complex concepts
• High empathy and discretion in sensitive conversations
• Coachable with a strong desire to learn
• Ownership over work and pipeline management
• Alignment with PolicyMe’s values
