We're a remote-first, Toronto-based startup with big ambitions. PolicyMe is seeking a motivated Licensed Life Insurance Advisor to join our team!

In Short

• Educate customers on their insurance needs
• Manage inbound leads through policy applications
• Work with a dynamic and rapidly growing startup
• Consultative sales techniques to match customers with products

• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective customers
• Manage a pipeline of inbound applicants in Hubspot
• Work closely with sales teammates to solve client problems
• Maintain ownership over your client pipeline
• Full-time position with a standard procedure for compliance

Requirements

• Licensed Life and Accident & Sickness insurance agent
• 1 to 4 years of experience in the insurance industry
• Sales-oriented mindset with a proven track record
• Ability to communicate complex concepts
• Team player with a desire to improve operations
• Strong communication skills over phone, email, and text
• Empathy in discussing health and financial situations
• Self-starter with a growth mindset
• Bilingualism in French is a plus
• Willingness to understand and live PolicyMe’s core values
