As a remote-first, Toronto-based startup with big ambitions, we’re looking for a Home & Auto Insurance Advisor to help us build the future of insurance in Canada and beyond.

In Short

• Educate prospective customers on Home & Auto insurance options.
• Manage a high-volume, inbound pipeline of Home & Auto leads.
• Use HubSpot to track every touchpoint with customers.
• Recommend the right coverage based on customer needs.
• Build and refine sales scripts and workflows.
• Deliver a high-energy, customer-centric experience.
• Ensure compliance with RIBO requirements and internal policies.
• Establish yourself as a top-performing advisor.
• Contribute to a scalable sales playbook.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities with other insurance products.

Requirements

• A licensed P&C advisor in Ontario (RIBO Level 1 or higher).
• 3+ years of experience selling personal lines (Home & Auto).
• A builder mentality with a track record of process improvement.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Strong pipeline management and organization skills.
• Excellent communication skills and consultative sales style.
• High empathy and discretion when discussing personal details.
• Comfort with CRM and workflow tools, preferably HubSpot.
• High ethical standards and commitment to compliance.
• Experience at a digital-first distributor is an asset.
