We’re a remote-first, Toronto-based startup with big ambitions. PolicyMe is seeking a motivated, entrepreneurial Founding Home & Auto Insurance Advisor to join our team.

Requirements

• Licensed P&C advisor in Ontario (RIBO Level 1 or higher).
• 3+ years of experience in personal lines sales.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and adaptability.
• Proven success in hitting sales targets.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, preferably HubSpot.
• Strong communication and consultative sales skills.
• Experience in a digital-first insurance environment is a plus.
• Mentoring experience is a nice-to-have.
• Subject to credit, background, and reference checks.
