Product Associate - Remote

Overview

As a Product Associate, you will support the strategy, development, and execution of COTA’s data products. In this role, you’ll work closely with our product managers, clinical experts, engineers, business development and analysts to ensure our real-world oncology data products meet market needs and customer expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
• 2–4 years of experience in product management or data analysis
• Proficiency in SQL; Python is a plus
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or analytics tools
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage priorities
• Interest in oncology and improving patient care
• Ability to write clear product requirements
• Self-starter in a collaborative environment
