Product Class Associate - Remote

Overview

The Product Class Associate at BBVA will conduct research on clients’ business activities and assist in structuring tailored lending solutions while promoting corporate lending products.

In Short

• Conduct research on clients’ creditworthiness and financial strategies.
• Maintain databases on comparable deals and loan market activity.
• Promote corporate lending products such as syndicated and sustainable loans.
• Assist in preparing corporate lending proposals and marketing materials.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for transaction execution.
• Draft legal documents and review facility agreements.
• Manage the closing of transactions, including signing processes.
• Prepare management presentations and activity reports.
• Work independently and collaboratively under tight deadlines.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Chinese or other Asian languages is a plus.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related fields.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in loan origination or related roles.
• Good understanding of the APAC syndicated loan market.
• Strong credit and risk analysis skills.
• Excellent presentation and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented and well-organized.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
