Overview

The Category Leader for Site Services will oversee employee transportation and canteen services across EMEA, focusing on strategy execution, risk management, and supplier performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 4+ years’ experience in supply chain management.
• Experience in the automotive industry desired.
• 4+ years’ experience in strategizing and negotiating contracts.
• Knowledge of SCM principles and negotiation techniques.
• Understanding of manufacturing and industrial operations.
• Strong problem-solving skills in high-pressure scenarios.
• Commercial acumen and analytical skills.
