Expert Algorithm Development Engineer - Remote

Overview

We are looking to expand our development team responsible for designing and implementing algorithms for Advanced Driver-Assistance and Autonomous Driving systems, focusing on the parking function.

In Short

• Development and implementation in C++ of active safety functions for mass production.
• Establish and enforce quality control measures throughout the product development life cycle.
• Analyze technical issues related to the given sensing function.
• Make decisions regarding system architecture, design, integration, and testing.
• Unit tests development.
• Root cause identification and resolution of software issues.
• Cooperate with other teams to ensure robustness across the developed platform.
• Work in a cross-functional team environment.
• 3+ years of programming experience in C++ required.
• Fluent use of spoken and written English.

Requirements

• MSC degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Control Automation, Robotics, Physics or similar.
• Experience in ASPICE and agile development environment.
• Basic programming skills in Matlab or Python.
• Understanding of product and SW development process.
• Understanding of statistical estimation, signal processing, time filtering.
• Experience in the application of driver assistance systems is a plus.
• Experience with radar/ultrasonics based detection/classification algorithms.
• Experience with writing product requirements.
• A technology enthusiast and critical thinker.
• Ability to solve problems analytically, creatively, and collaboratively.
