Overview

At PointClickCare, we seek a transformational change leader to architect and lead the execution of our enterprise-wide Organizational Capability Roadmap, focusing on workforce readiness and AI culture transformation.

In Short

• Lead the strategic development and implementation of the Organizational Capability Roadmap.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to align AI strategy with organizational design.
• Design an enterprise-wide AI fluency framework.
• Activate a network of AI Champions to drive local adoption.
• Define future-state roles and skills in partnership with Workforce Planning.
• Shape a cultural foundation that supports AI-augmented decision-making.
• Coach leaders to model AI-aligned behaviors.
• Measure and report on key metrics for AI maturity and workforce transformation.
• Iterate roadmap and enablement plans based on insights and trends.
• Ensure ethical alignment in AI adoption.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in organizational change or talent strategy.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and business applications.
• Proven experience in leading enterprise-wide change initiatives.
• Exceptional influencing and coaching skills with C-level leaders.
• Experience embedding ethics into innovation programs.
• Strategic thinker with operational discipline.
