Overview

The Customer Success Manager at PointClickCare is responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring customers optimize the use of PointClickCare’s solutions, contributing to the overall success of the healthcare provider organizations.

In Short

  • Manage and expand client relationships in the healthcare sector.
  • Develop strategic account plans to achieve customer success.
  • Conduct business reviews to drive adoption of solutions.
  • Work cross-functionally to advocate for customers.
  • Provide early warning strategies to mitigate churn.
  • Build relationships with C-Suite executives.
  • Demonstrate empathy and effective communication.
  • Meet and exceed KPIs while maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Complete CSM Certification within the first year.
  • Travel for in-office events and client meetings as required.

Requirements

  • Experience in a Customer Success role, preferably in healthcare SaaS.
  • Strong customer orientation and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven track record of delivering results.
  • Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, Gainsight).
  • Leadership ability and collaborative working style.
  • Passion for impacting post-acute care markets.
  • EHR experience is preferred.
  • Long-term care domain knowledge is an asset.
