Overview

Cobalt is seeking a Contract Enterprise Customer Success Manager to help customers build and grow successful security testing programs while interfacing with C-level executives.

In Short

• Own overall relationship with assigned clients.
• Establish a trusted advisor relationship with clients.
• Develop and nurture customers for advocacy.
• Build successful security testing programs.
• Monitor service execution and customer satisfaction.
• Manage annual renewal process for customers.
• Identify and develop upsell opportunities.

Requirements

• 3 - 5 years in Customer Success or Account Management.
• Commercial, consulting mindset.
• Project/program management experience.
• Experience with Salesforce.
• Strong communication skills.
• Familiarity with Enterprise level clients.
• Detail-oriented and analytical.
• Experience closing sales deals.
• Drive and eagerness to learn.
• Strong desire to help customers.
