Overview

As the Enterprise CSM, you will partner with internal teams and customers to drive a successful launch, own the customer and feature adoption, and manage the long-term relationship by becoming their trusted Tekmetric advisor.

In Short

  • Build and cultivate consultative customer relationships.
  • Track and monitor all customer issues and requests through resolution.
  • Represent customers in driving product development.
  • Work with teams on customer feedback and issues.
  • Build training materials and conduct training sessions.
  • Maintain success plans among key stakeholders.
  • Run regular cadence calls and Executive Business Reviews.
  • Assist in building processes for scaling the Customer Success organization.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of industry or B2B enterprise SaaS experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree (Preferred).
  • Project Management Professional.
  • Strong relationship management skills.
  • Ability to plan and execute customer projects.
  • Stakeholder alignment skills.
  • Self-motivated with proactive outreach.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Data-driven with a focus on metrics.
  • Customer-centric approach.
