In Short

  • Perform ad hoc sales tasks as they arise.

  • Participate in mandatory onsite events.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of phone sales experience in financial services.
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Experience managing a pipeline of customers.
  • Ability to register as a mortgage loan originator (MLO).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business preferred.
  • Moderate to strong computer skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce preferred.
  • Self-motivated and proactive.
  • Detail-oriented with strong accuracy.
  • Excellent communicator and problem solver.
