Requirements

• 10+ years of HR experience, with at least 4 years in an HRBP leadership role.
• Proven experience handling employee relations and providing strategic HR guidance.
• Strong background in performance management and talent strategy.
• Experience developing scalable HR programs and trainings.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
