As a Sales Manager at Point, you will drive top-of-funnel sales activities and enhance sales performance through effective coaching and mentoring.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years of experience in sales management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in managing remote teams.
• Strong decision-making and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to define success metrics for the team.
• Experience in Real Estate preferred.
