Overview

Omtera is a fast-growing consultancy and technology solutions partner for industry leaders such as Asana, Miro, Mixpanel, and Snowflake. We are looking for a results-oriented Sales Manager to lead and grow our Asana and Miro business.

In Short

  • Own and exceed revenue targets for Omtera’s Asana and Miro offerings across assigned territories
  • Identify, engage, and close opportunities for both license sales and consulting implementation services
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, solutioning, negotiation, and closing
  • Lead account strategies and grow existing accounts through upsell and cross-sell motions
  • Collaborate closely with the partnerships, technical consulting, and marketing teams
  • Develop strong relationships with C-level stakeholders and business/IT decision-makers
  • Report sales performance and pipeline status regularly to leadership
  • Represent Omtera in regional events, workshops, and partner co-selling initiatives

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally in work management, project collaboration, or ITSM solutions
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas (license + services)
  • Experience selling both subscriptions and consulting/professional services
  • Strong understanding of digital workflows, PMO structures, and transformation initiatives
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Fluent in English; Turkish or Arabic is a plus depending on market
