Asana Solution Consultant - Remote

We are now looking for a US-based Asana Solution Consultant to join our global team and lead onboarding, implementation, and integration projects for enterprise clients.

In Short

• Deliver Asana onboarding and implementation projects for enterprise clients.
• Lead integration and data migration projects, ensuring smooth transitions from legacy tools (Smartsheet, Monday.com, Airtable, etc.).
• Analyze client needs and translate them into Statements of Work (SOW) and tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and multinational teams across different time zones.
• Provide best practices, training, and consulting to help clients scale Asana adoption.
• Act as a trusted advisor for clients, ensuring project success and long-term value.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, onboarding, or consulting.
• Hands-on expertise with Asana; Asana Certification highly preferred.
• Familiarity with work management and project collaboration platforms such as Smartsheet, Airtable, Monday.com.
• Strong understanding of data migration, integrations, and SaaS project lifecycles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, US-based environment with global teams.
