In Short

  • Lead the Asana and Miro sales pipeline end-to-end.
  • Own all commercial activities from prospecting to closing.
  • Collaborate with consulting, customer success, and partnerships teams.
  • Conduct discovery sessions and solution-based conversations.
  • Prepare proposals and pricing structures aligned with partners.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and report on progress regularly.
  • Build strong relationships with partner sales teams.
  • Represent Omtera in customer meetings and events.
  • Experience selling Asana, Miro, or similar SaaS platforms is a plus.
  • Background in professional services or partner-led sales is desirable.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales.
  • Strong understanding of solution-selling techniques.
  • Experience leading full-cycle sales processes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-driven and organised in a remote-first environment.
  • CRM proficiency (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities across regions.
