Overview

The Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales team and overseeing the daily operations of the sales department, focusing on sales to public and private agencies in the corrections industry.

  • Experience with HubSpot Sales Hub Enterprise preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel to client sites and conferences.
