Business Analyst - Workforce Development - Remote

Overview

This role will formulate and define system scopes and objectives based on both user needs and a thorough understanding of business systems and industry requirements.

• Analyze business and user needs related to interfaces involving third party or outside systems.
• Document requirements and translate them into proper specifications.
• Coordinate with clients and business leaders to ensure project direction and scope.

Requirements

• Prior BA experience in an IT/software setting.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and relational databases.
• Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field preferred.
• Experience interfacing with customers and internal teams.
• Strong leadership and relationship management skills.
• Ability to analyze system requirements and configurations.
• Travel may be required for client visits and conferences.
