In Short

• Research and identify high-demand forms and templates (tax, legal, administrative, business, etc.).
• Analyze search trends, competitor offerings, and market data.
• Source, download, and prepare forms for use (incl. conversion into fillable PDF format).
• Upload prepared forms into CMS or coordinate with the product team.
• Collaborate with Product, Growth, and Marketing teams.
• Maintain a clean, organized form library with proper metadata.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in business analysis or research.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Hands-on experience with PDF tools (e.g., Acrobat).
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
• Strong collaboration skills.
• Highly proactive and resourceful.
