Overview

Volaris Group is looking for a Business Development Analyst to join the M&A team of one of its rapidly growing portfolios, focusing on sourcing acquisition targets in the vertical market software space.

In Short

Join the M&A team to source acquisition targets.
Use Salesforce to maintain an acquisition prospect funnel.
Identify targets through independent research.
Build and maintain a database of industry contacts.
Conduct prospecting campaigns through various channels.
Demonstrate creativity and persistence in outreach.
Engage with C-suite leadership and business owners.
Work independently with a high level of ownership.
Collaborate with remote partners and colleagues.
Fluency in Portuguese is required.

Requirements

Excellent academic performance.
Strong communication skills.
2-3 years of experience in business development/lead generation.
Experience in M&A, software, or technology is a plus.
Ability to manage a pipeline and exceed quotas.
Confidence in presenting to executives.
Excellent teamwork spirit.
