Overview

The Product Implementation Specialist at equivant will leverage the JWorks Case Management software to enhance court case management processes for customers across the USA, while also providing training and support.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in the court/judicial industry.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office products.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Experience with court case management software is desirable.
• Experience in software implementation or oversight.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
• Experience as a trainer with adult learning principles.
