Attesa Coffee is seeking a performance-driven Business Development Analyst with a passion for coffee to join our team. This role involves communication with coffee providers, market research, and contributing to relationship development with green coffee providers.

In Short

• Communicate with coffee providers for information gathering.
• Conduct market research on specialty coffee producers.
• Develop relationships with green coffee providers.
• Work with management and sales teams for specific coffee information.
• Prepare commercial documents related to coffee sourcing.
• Translate marketing materials for external communications.
• Assist logistics in managing transport communication.
• Travel to coffee origins in South and Central America.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to learn about the coffee industry.
• Team player with analytical skills.
• Must have a laptop and fast internet connection.
• Must be based in Peru.
