Overview

The Sales Manager will lead and grow a team of Account Executives while contributing to pipeline generation and revenue targets in a fast-paced startup environment.

  • Monitor and forecast sales performance using Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Lead by example in closing complex deals.
  • Contribute to hiring and developing a top-performing sales team.
  • 6+ years in enterprise SaaS sales with leadership experience required.
  • Strong command of sales tools and familiarity with ad tech is a plus.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in enterprise SaaS sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of coaching teams to exceed quota.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals ($100K+ ARR).
  • Strong command of Salesforce, HubSpot, and Gong.io.
  • Familiarity with ad tech, marketing analytics, or enterprise data platforms.
  • Clear communicator with strong business and technical acumen.
  • Comfortable working Eastern Time Zone hours.
