Overview

The Sales Manager at Saltz will be responsible for acquiring new restaurant and HORECA clients, building relationships, and supporting customers through their ordering process.

• Grow Saltz’s client base by acquiring new restaurant and HORECA clients.
• Identify and qualify potential customers through research and outreach.
• Engage with potential clients via calls, social media, and in-person visits.
• Conduct product demos and communicate Saltz’s value proposition.
• Convert prospects into active buyers and assist them with their first orders.
• Maintain long-term relationships with customers as their main point of contact.
• Provide feedback to improve sales strategies and product offerings.

Requirements

• Fluency in German is required.
• Comfortable with daily visits to chefs and restaurant managers.
• Strong listening skills and a passion for helping others.
• Ability to build processes and stay organized.
• Experience in a restaurant kitchen or sales is preferred.
• Bonus: Fluency in additional languages besides German or English.
