Transportation Network Manager - Remote

Saltz is growing rapidly and is looking for an experienced individual to join us in building an international transportation network.

In Short

• Responsible for identifying, qualifying, onboarding, and managing carrier performance.
• Requires a strategic mindset and strong analytical capabilities.
• Collaborate with internal teams including sales, tech, and purchasing.
• Focus on long-term network optimization and cost savings.
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Lead the development of performance standards and reporting.
• Support carrier dispute resolution and compliance.
• Remote work with regular domestic and international travel required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain/Logistics with 5+ years of experience.
• Bilingual English/German required.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the transportation industry.
• Familiar with key transportation concepts and practices.
• Proven background with logistics/transportation systems.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Pro-active and entrepreneurial mindset.
