Overview

Pluralsight’s legal department is looking for a Contracts Manager to join our team. In this role, you will assume a wide range of responsibilities, all of which will require critical thinking, innovation, and integrity.

In Short

• Draft and negotiate various commercial and data privacy agreements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams during contract review.
• Review and revise standard and non-standard agreements.
• Manage workflow for contract review process.
• Assist with legal review for RFPs and RFIs.
• Analyze and interpret sophisticated provisions in agreements.
• Provide guidance on commonly requested edits and terms.
• Handle highly confidential information with professionalism.
• Demonstrate strong project management skills.
• Be proactive in seeking feedback and personal growth.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of related experience or 3+ years with an advanced degree.
• Experience in oral negotiations with minimal supervision.
• Strong understanding of risk elements in business transactions.
• Professional experience managing contracts in a corporate environment.
• Ability to manage a diverse and complex workload.
• Creative problem solver and capable project manager.
• Proficient in Word and Excel.
• Experience with contract management systems and electronic signature software.
• Experience in a SaaS company or regulated industry preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and high energy.
