Contracts Manager - Remote

Overview

The Contracts Manager position at ICF involves providing contracts support for proposals and active contracts with major utilities across the nation, focusing on risk mitigation and overall value to the company.

• 100% Remote position available in the 48 contiguous United States.
• Lead contract review and negotiation process for new proposals and existing contracts.
• Maintain all required contractual and price/business volume documentation.
• Identify risks in contractual terms and provide mitigation strategies.
• Support compliance with SOX and governmental requirements.
• Develop positive working relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Handle multiple priority tasks effectively.
• Participate in client meetings as needed.
• Proactively assess critical contract obligations.
• Advise on contract revisions to better meet client and company needs.

Requirements

• At least 8+ years of experience in negotiating and managing commercial contracts.
• Experience with relevant laws and regulations governing contracts.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Prior experience in the utility industry is a plus.
• Understanding of ‘Pay for Performance’ agreements in the utility space.
• Familiarity with Deltek tools such as Costpoint.
