Contracts Manager - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a full time Contracts Manager to provide contracts management support on Federal Government Prime Contracts and Subcontracts, working with functional leads across Operations, Finance, Accounting, Security, Pricing, Procurement, and other teams.

In Short

• Provide contracts management support on Federal Government Prime Contracts and Subcontracts.
• Negotiate contract artifacts such as Non-Disclosure Agreements and Teaming Agreements.
• Build relationships with Contracting Officers and prime teaming partners.
• Collaborate with Finance and Operations to monitor contract funding.
• Document key contract data and develop contract briefs.
• Serve as a resource for Operations and other teams regarding contracts.
• Support the company in navigating complex contract challenges.
• Ensure compliance with contractual and legal requirements.
• Non-supervisory position.
• Minimum 5 years experience in contracts or legal profession.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Contracts Management, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Experience in reviewing and executing contract agreements.
• Ability to advise program team on contractual issues and impacts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience interpreting FAR/DFARs requirements.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to foster relationships internally and externally.
• Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) or equivalent certification desired.
