• Passion for entertainment, ideally video gaming.
• Natural collaborator, able to navigate complex organizations.
• Agile, finding opportunities and balancing quick wins with long-term value.
• Rich experience in digital transformation or related fields.
• Understanding of customer data opportunities and ethical imperatives.
