Senior Go-to-Market Enablement Manager - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Go-to-Market (GTM) Enablement Manager to drive the ongoing evolution and scalability of our enablement programs, focusing on refining, optimizing, and expanding Planful’s GTM onboarding and continuous learning initiatives.

In Short

• Scale and optimize GTM onboarding for global consistency and effectiveness.
• Lead planning and execution of comprehensive onboarding programs.
• Drive development of dynamic, blended learning solutions.
• Facilitate field engagement through surveys and feedback loops.
• Develop a coaching framework for frontline managers.
• Build and manage reinforcement programs for sustained learning.
• Optimize use of LMS, Gong, and AI-driven coaching tools.
• Align enablement initiatives with business objectives.
• Refine enablement content and delivery methods continuously.
• Use data-driven insights to measure enablement effectiveness.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in sales enablement or training.
• Experience designing and executing onboarding programs.
• Familiarity with Workramp (LMS) and field training events.
• Excellent communication skills for creating training assets.
• Proficiency in Google Suite, Notion, MS Office, and Adobe tools.
• Passionate individual with a commitment to excellence.
• Knowledge of finance and sales fundamentals is a plus.
• Experience in instructional design is a plus.
